Marquise is a structured, fully managed in-home personal chef service. Pricing reflects the time, planning, sourcing, execution, and ongoing refinement involved in maintaining a consistent weekly culinary system for your household.
All sessions include menu planning, grocery sourcing, in-home cooking, organization, labeling, and full cleanup.

Founder-Led Sessions
Cooked personally by Chef Asude
$445 per weekly session
Groceries billed separately, travel fee may apply

Marquise-Led Sessions
Prepared by chefs trained through the Atelier Marquise Method™ and supervised by Chef Asude
$340–$380 per weekly session, depending on the day of the week

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Each weekly session typically includes up to four customized dishes yielding approximately 16 to 20 servings total. Meals are designed for flexible use throughout the week and often include freezer-friendly components.
Clear labeling, pairing suggestions, and reheating instructions are provided.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1- How does menu planning work?
Every menu is customized to your household. We do not use fixed rotating menus.
During onboarding, we gather detailed preferences, dietary needs, and comfort foods unique to your family. Over the first several weeks, feedback is essential. Menus evolve over time so that your household's tastes and rhythms are fully understood and reflected.
All planning is guided by the Atelier Marquise Method™, ensuring consistency and seasonality while remaining personalized.
2- Do we need to purchase groceries?
No. We manage grocery sourcing on your behalf.
Ingredients are selected intentionally based on your preferences, quality standards, and seasonal availability. Grocery costs are billed separately.
3- How do you handle grocery shopping decisions?
We manage grocery sourcing on your behalf.
To minimize waste and duplication, we ask for a quick photo of your refrigerator the evening before your scheduled session. For dry goods and pantry staples, we communicate if anything appears low or unclear on our inventory notes.
This weekly check-in typically takes less than five minutes and allows us to shop efficiently while keeping your kitchen organized and intentional.
4- Is it the same chef every week?
Yes. Chef consistency is maintained week to week.
Founder-led sessions are cooked personally by Chef Asude.
Marquise-led sessions are prepared by a chef trained in the Atelier Marquise Method™ and supervised directly by Chef Asude. In the rare case of an emergency replacement, communication and detailed transfer of your household preferences are handled internally to ensure continuity.
5- How long does each session take?
Most weekly sessions take approximately 4 to 5 hours, depending on menu complexity and kitchen setup.

6- How do you learn our family's style?
Understanding your household's style is a process.
We observe preferences, portion patterns, ingredient reactions, and feedback over the first several weeks. What feels like "comfort food" or "light dinner" differs for every family. Through ongoing communication and small refinements, we align the service closely with your tastes and lifestyle.
This is one reason we request a minimum three-month commitment. It allows the system to fully calibrate.
7- Do you cook separately for children?
We design every menu with the entire household in mind.
Whenever possible, meals are structured to be flexible so that children and adults can enjoy the same base components in slightly different formats. Seasoning levels, textures, and presentation can be adjusted thoughtfully to suit younger family members while maintaining cohesion across the menu.
If needed, a portion of the weekly menu can also be dedicated specifically to children's preferences.
8- How many meals are included?

All Marquise chefs undergo an extensive training process in this method. Every step, from menu design to sourcing decisions, execution, organization, and kitchen reset, follows a meticulous system developed by Chef Asude. Each chef is trained to uphold the same standards, sequence, and attention to detail, ensuring that every session reflects the same level of care and consistency.
The result is consistency without repetition, flexibility without chaos, and meals that evolve naturally with your tastes over time.
