The Journey of Marquise started in 2015 with a simple idea: exceptional food should feel intentional, structured, and deeply personal.
Trained in professional kitchens across multiple countries, including Michelin-starred environments, Chef Asude Yagmur Thomson developed a discipline and attention to detail that now define the Atelier Marquise Method™. Years spent in high-pressure kitchens shaped her precision. Years of cooking privately shaped her understanding of households.
Marquise is not a restaurant brought into your home. It is a fully managed personal chef service designed around the realities of modern families, fluctuating schedules, different appetites, dietary preferences, and the invisible mental load of planning meals week after week.
What began as a solo endeavor has evolved into a structured culinary team trained extensively in the Atelier Marquise Method™. Every Marquise chef operates within the same meticulous system, ensuring consistency, continuity, and a seamless experience in your kitchen.
Today, Marquise serves a small circle of households who value time, structure, and exceptional food prepared thoughtfully in their own home.

Asude worked as the caterer of our exhibition reception in 2019 and the experience has been thoroughly delightful. Prior to the event, she suggested a number of options to be served (it was rather hard to pick the final ones out of so many appealing and original recipes!) and delivered the food in a punctual, professional, and hygienic manner. All of our guests at the reception--as well as my colleague and I--were super content with the taste, presentation, and variety of the food she prepared. For our next project, we definitely would like to work with her again!
